Overview

The project combines pasture and herd management with a feasibility study for local meat processing in Bayantümen. Rotational grazing, disease control and selective breeding aim to improve forage, herd health and productivity.

Proposed processing business models incorporate renewable energy and energy efficiency, helping communities explore ways to earn more from livestock products. Training supports these changes, with the aim of strengthening livelihoods and resilience to climate shocks.
